Please remember that this processing window is completely separate from, and is not included in, the shipping times outlined in the table below.

Detailed Shipping Options
Our Standard Shipping option takes seven to fifteen days to arrive at your doorstep once the carrier scans the package. We are happy to offer free standard shipping to our customers on all qualifying orders where the final checkout cart amount is more than thirty US dollars. For smaller shopping carts where the order total is less than thirty US dollars, a flat standard shipping fee of 6.99 US dollars will be added at checkout.
If you need your children's clothing in a hurry for an upcoming birthday party, special family gathering, or holiday event, we highly recommend selecting our Express Shipping option. Express delivery shortens the shipping timeline significantly, arriving within five to eleven days after processing. This premium service is available for a flat rate fee of 16.99 US dollars, regardless of your total order weight or package value.
Customer Address Responsibility
We kindly ask all customers to double-check their complete delivery addresses before finalizing their transactions at checkout. Gotobg is not responsible or liable for providing customers with incorrect delivery addresses. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that apartment numbers, building numbers, street names, postal codes, and recipient names are entered accurately and completely. If a package cannot be delivered, is delayed, or is returned to us because an inaccurate or incomplete address was supplied during the order process, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
