We offer a comprehensive return window to give you plenty of time to look over your order. You can initiate a return for your items within thirty days from the date your package was delivered. To be eligible for a successful return and refund, the clothing items must be in their original, pristine condition. This means all kids' dresses, bodysuits, t-shirts, and pants must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any scents, stains, or pet hair. Additionally, all original tags and packaging must still be attached and intact. We kindly ask you to inspect your items immediately upon arrival before removing any tags or throwing away packaging, as this helps us process your request much faster.
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that Gotobg does not cover or provide the return shipping costs for standard returns, such as sizing changes, changes of mind, or style preferences. The customer is responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label and arranging the shipment with their preferred postal carrier. However, we believe in taking full responsibility for our mistakes. If the item you received is incorrect (such as the wrong size or completely wrong item sent by our warehouse) or if the item arrived damaged or defective, Gotobg will fully cover the return shipping costs. In these rare cases of damage or errors, please contact us immediately so we can provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange an appropriate solution to make things right for your family.
How to Return Items
To make your return as smooth as possible, please follow these designated steps to send your items back to our warehouse:

Package the items tightly inside a secure shipping box or poly mailer to prevent any damage during transit. Please include a small note inside the package containing your name and order number so our warehouse team can easily identify your return when it arrives.
- Step 4: Ship the Package. Take your package to a local post office or your preferred shipping carrier. Purchase a shipping label with tracking capabilities and send the package to the return address provided by our customer support team. We highly recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund has been fully processed, as Gotobg cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
Refund Processing Times
Once your return package is delivered to our facility, our quality control team will carefully inspect the items to ensure they meet our required return conditions. This inspection process typically takes between three to five business days from the date of arrival. If your return is approved, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it can take an additional five to ten business days for the refunded amount to officially reflect on your bank statement or credit card account, depending entirely on your financial institution's processing times. We will send you an automated confirmation email the moment your refund is officially issued from our system so you stay fully informed.
